At Norfeldt we believe in nurturing the whole child. We are committed to academic and social-emotional growth, as well as, engagement in the arts. As a school, we foster having a growth mindset and practicing mindfulness strategies. We teach our students to persevere to reach their academic goals, and ways to develop their social-emotional well being. In addition, we firmly believe in celebrating one another’s differences and working together as a community. Our school motto is, “You Belong Here.”
Caregivers and community members are an essential part of the Norfeldt community. We have an active P.T.O. which is devoted to supporting our school mission. We believe that the home-school partnership is a fundamental part of students’ success, and we value family input and participation.
